I pack my products myself and every care is taken to ensure correct items, quantities, envelopes and sufficient packaging. If there’s a mistake or fault please accept my apologies and notify me at once.
Go to the Online Shop.
Browse then select an item, click on Add to cart, select the number of products you require and click on Add to cart again. This takes you to a new window showing the Contents of your cart.
If you’ve made a mistake, look to the end column, click on Remove/Select all and delete the product/products by clicking on Update.
Then click on the bottom left Continue shopping to return to the online shop.

When you’ve finished ordering, the Contents of your cart window top right under the credit card banner displays a Go to Checkout sign which you should click. New customers are asked to complete their details and preferred delivery address. Complete the sections of the order form.
Returning customer’s details will come up when you the password is entered – if forgotten, enter your email address and a reminder will be immediately sent to you.
With the order completed, payment is required and you are linked to a separate PayPal website for debit and credit card transactions, then returned to my website when complete. Please be assured I never give out any of your details without your permission. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy goods. If the goods you ordered are no longer available, I will immediately advise you of this.
I never send substitute goods unless advised.
On receipt of your order I will email to confirm, and having checked price, stock and had your payment verified, I will email you again to advise shipping date and likely delivery.
Orders are sent out within 72 hours.
A £1.85 post & packing charge applies to all orders from the gift range. However, local delivery or collection can be arranged.
If you change your mind, you can return the goods. You have the right to cancel at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. Please email or telephone or write to let me know. If you cancel, you must return the goods to me at your own expense. So long as you have taken reasonable care re-packaging the returned goods, you will receive a refund. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights should the goods be faulty or not matching their description.
Given the difficulties realising true colour, dimension, surface and style, it is preferable to meet with you, the prospective buyer, and you should contact me in the first instance by email or telephone to arrange a mutually acceptable location on neutral ground.
